Cristopher A. Hogan is a frequent speaker on asset protection. He has extensive hands-on experience in asset protection, and is currently a member of the Real Property Section; the Probate and Estate Planning Section; and Taxation Section of the Michigan Bar Association. He has a Masters Degree (M.S.T.) in Taxation from the Seidman School of Business; A Bachelors of Science in Finance / Economics from Ferris State University; Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and is a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan, Eastern and Western Federal District Court and the United States Tax Court.
Attorney Hogan now is the managing partner and sole owner of Hogan Law. Attorney Hogan, for 30 plus years, has built Hogan Law around customer satisfaction and the ability to provide top-notch service for an affordable rate, no matter what the problem the client encounters.

Grand Rapids attorney Cristopher A. Hogan founded Hogan Law in 1988 after passing the Michigan Bar Exam. Attorney Hogan has practiced extensively in the fields of Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Probate Law, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, Wills and Trust on an extensive basis having experience in courts throughout the State of Michigan for over 30 years.
Attorney Hogan is a frequent speaker on asset protection and seminars. He has extensive hands on experience in asset protection and is currently a member of the Real Property Section; Probate and Estate Planning Section; Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section and Taxation Section of the Michigan Bar Association. He has extensive practice in business transactions, business workouts along with civil litigation.
He earned two Bachelor Degrees both in Finance and Economics with high honors from Ferris State University (Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity for high honors); Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School (Western Michigan) and a Master’s Degree (M.S.T.) in Taxation at Grand Valley State University with high honors. He is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, Eastern Federal District Court and Western Federal District Courts as well as the United States Tax Court litigating in each Court over his career.
